Terms of Use

1. Who may use the Hub

The People Analytics Hub (the “Hub”) is a private learning and analysis workspace operated by HRLife.pro (Chi Linh Tran) (“HRLife”, “we”). Access requires a registered account and a valid licence key purchased from HRLife.

2. Your licence

Subject to these Terms and payment of the applicable fee, HRLife grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to access and use the Hub for your own learning and professional work during the licence period shown in your account.

The licence covers one named individual and up to two devices at a time: one phone or tablet and one computer. Signing in on another device of the same type signs out the earlier one.

3. Account security — no sharing

You must keep your password and licence key confidential and must not share, lend, resell or transfer your account, password or licence key, or allow anyone else to use the Hub through your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must tell HRLife promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. What you must not do

Except as expressly allowed in section 5, you must not, directly or through any person or tool:

• copy, reproduce, download, record, screen-capture for redistribution, print, publish, translate or distribute any part of the Hub’s content — including Academy lessons, labs, quizzes, deliverable templates, dashboards, the sample database, the HR metrics library, glossary, analytical models, formulas and DAX measures;
• extract, scrape, crawl or harvest the Hub’s data, data structures, data models, templates or source code, or use automated means (bots, scripts, AI agents) to access the Hub;
• decompile, reverse engineer, de-obfuscate or attempt to derive the source code, algorithms or structure of the Hub;
• build, train or help build any product, course, service, dataset or AI model that copies or competes with the Hub, or create derivative works from it;
• remove, hide or alter any copyright notice, watermark or attribution, or bypass or interfere with any access control, device limit or protection measure;
• use the Hub for any unlawful purpose or in breach of the rights of others.

5. Your data and your outputs

Files you upload to the Data Center are processed in your browser only and are not uploaded to or stored on HRLife’s servers. You remain responsible for having the right to process that data and for removing personal identifiers.

You may use the results you generate from your own data (Excel exports, chart pictures, DAX code copied with the “Copy DAX” buttons or by selecting it, and the Word deliverable templates) for internal purposes within your organisation, provided that HRLife attributions are kept and the outputs are not used to reproduce the Hub, its templates or its content for third parties.

6. Intellectual property

The Hub and all its content, design, data structures, tools and software are owned by HRLife or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws, including the Law on Intellectual Property of Vietnam. References to third-party frameworks, standards and organisations (for example WorldatWork, Mercer, Korn Ferry, WTW, SHRM) are for education and remain the property of their owners; no endorsement is implied. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Security monitoring and enforcement

To protect the service we record sign-in events, device type, browser and IP address. If HRLife reasonably believes these Terms have been breached, we may suspend or terminate your access without refund, revoke your licence key and take legal action to protect our rights, including claims for damages.

8. Educational content — no professional advice

The Hub is provided for education and decision support. It is not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Laws, rates and market data change; verify them before acting. You are responsible for decisions you make using the Hub.

9. Availability and liability

The Hub is provided “as is”. We aim to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, HRLife’s total liability arising from the Hub is limited to the fee you paid for the current licence period, and HRLife is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version and its date are always shown on this page; material changes will be notified in the Hub. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will first be resolved by good-faith negotiation and, failing that, by the competent court in Vietnam.
